Discount per Item

Now you can easily and quickly apply discounts directly to specific products in your order. Whether you want to reward a loyal customer, resolve a complaint, or support a special promotion, this feature offers you maximum flexibility.

How does it work?

1. Long-press on the selected product in the order.

2. In the dialogue window, select Show Additional options.

3. Click on the No Discount button and either choose from the suggested discounts or enter your own value.

4. After applying the discount, you will see the original price crossed out and the new price next to it.

What else should you know?

• Retiring the "On the House" feature: Since the new Item Discount feature allows you to achieve the same benefit with more granular control, we are retiring the original feature.

• Permissions: This feature is available to employees authorised to provide discounts on entire bills. You can always adjust permissions in the Set-up – Users section in the Administration.

• Discount note: You can also add a discount note. You can set notes in Administration in the Settings - Bill section.
