Upvoty: Your voice, now directly in Admin
We are always glad to hear your ideas and suggestions for improving Storyous. Now you have your own dedicated space for it, right inside the Admin.
Upvoty is a feedback tool where you can:
suggest new features or improvements,
vote for ideas from other clients,
track the status of your suggestion – whether it's in the voting stage, in progress, or already done.
The more votes an idea gets, the greater the chance it makes it into our plans. You'll find it in Admin under Settings → Feedback.
Clearer navigation with multiple venues
If you manage multiple venues under one account, you'll appreciate this small but practical change: the name of the venue you're currently in is now always visible in the top right corner of the navigation. No more guessing, no more mistakes.
New menu management in Admin
Menu management is going through a big transformation. We've redesigned the entire categories and products section in Admin to make it more organised, faster, and easier to use every day.
Here are the biggest changes:
Categories and products on one page - no more switching between sections. Everything is in one place, consistent with how stock cards and tables already work in Admin.
All categories visible at once - the new page displays all your categories at the same time, so you can see and reorganise your entire menu without constantly switching back and forth.
Product count per category - each category now shows how many products it contains, making it easy to spot empty or overloaded categories at a glance.
All product details on one screen - when creating a product, you can now set everything in one go: image, labels, price levels and printer. No more saving, reopening and editing.
"Save & create another" button - after saving a product, the form stays open with VAT, category and printer pre-filled. Ideal for adding batches of similar items – saves up to 8 clicks per product.
Recipes open in a new tab - editing a recipe no longer forces a full reload of the product page, keeping your workflow faster and your place intact.
The new menu management is being gradually rolled out to all clients - if you don't see it yet, it will appear for you soon.
