Premium Analytics

Premium Analytics is a new analytics tool that helps you better understand what is really happening in your business. You can view data from multiple locations in one overview and combine it by location, product, category, employee or time period.

This makes it easier to see which products are selling best, how individual locations are performing and where there is room for improvement. All as a natural part of the Administration you already know.

Copy products between locations

Do you manage products across multiple locations? In the product editing window, you can now select a specific location and edit the values for that location.

If the product is not yet available at the selected location, you can copy it there immediately. Recipes now open in a separate window, so you no longer need to return to the main page after editing them.

Kiosk updates

Loyalty programme in Kiosk

In our previous newsletter, we announced that we were working on a loyalty programme for Kiosk. You can now use it if you have a Kiosk with a scanner. This feature requires the latest version of the Storyous app and an active Loyalty programme. If any of these requirements are missing, the feature will not appear in the Kiosk.

Clearer Kiosk order handover

Kiosk orders can now be identified not only by the order number, but also by the customer’s name, pager number or stand number, depending on the order type.

You can configure this setting separately for each order type. This makes handover clearer for both staff and customers and reduces the risk of mix-ups.

Export receipts to PDF

You can now export selected receipts to PDF in bulk, so there is no need to export each receipt separately. Each receipt detail is saved on a separate page, making the export easy to navigate.
