When you’re running an event for tens of thousands of people, everything needs to work flawlessly. Especially when it’s the largest cashless festival in the Czech Republic, where no physical cash changes hands over four days.

This year, we were proud to once again partner with Colours of Ostrava as their official technology provider, delivering our all-in-one mobile POS and payment solution – the Storyous Mobile Waiter.

700 Devices. 100% Powered by Storyous.

Over 700 mobile waiters were deployed across the entire festival site, from food stands to bars to merchandise vendors in the heart of the iconic Dolní Vítkovice venue. Each device was set up for fast, reliable, and independent operation. In a fast-paced festival environment, there’s no room for compromise.

From the moment the gates opened to the final encore, every drink, every bite, every sale went through us.

100% Cashless from Start to Finish

Colours of Ostrava is a fully cashless event. Visitors can pay only by card or mobile – which requires a reliable, seamless infrastructure behind the scenes. And that’s exactly what we provided.

Fast checkout, simple operation, and rock-solid reliability were key to keeping the entire event running smoothly. Our on-site support team was there to train staff, replace devices if needed (though rarely necessary!), and ensure a flawless experience for everyone involved.
