  • What is Storyous, and who is it for?
    Storyous is a point-of-sale (POS) system designed specifically for hospitality businesses. It simplifies daily operations in restaurants, cafés, bars, and bistros, while helping business owners make better decisions thanks to clear and actionable data.
  • How can Storyous help me run my business?
    It speeds up and streamlines service, saves time on stocktaking, simplifies inventory and accounting management, and thanks to clear reports, you'll always have a perfect overview of your business.
  • Can I connect Storyous to a payment terminal?
    Yes! The system integrates directly with the Teya terminal, automatically sending the total amount with no need for manual entry, thereby reducing the risk of errors.
  • What types of businesses is Storyous suitable for?
    Storyous is a great fit for everything from large restaurants and small cafés to bar chains, wine bars, bakeries, and even hotel restaurants. We can adapt to different types of operations and team sizes. In fact, some of the largest restaurants in the Czech Republic, such as Červený Jelen, trust us with their daily operations.
  • Can I try the system before committing?
    Absolutely. We’d be happy to give you a demonstration, either online or in person. You can explore our demo version with one of our sales representatives or visit our showroom. In some cases, we also offer a free one-month trial so you can test the system directly in your business.
  • What about the hardware – can you help me choose it?
    We provide reliable, pre-tested hardware that’s fully compatible with our system and proven in real hospitality environments. That means not only smooth performance, but also benefits like a two-year warranty, spare replacement device in case of failure, and remote support directly on the device. If you already have some equipment, our sales representative will go over the options with you and recommend a solution tailored to your needs.
  • How soon can I start using the system?
    Usually, we can get you up and running within a few days, depending on the size of your operation and your specific needs. If you're in a hurry, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
